After a decades-long in-house career spanning local, regional and national accounting firms, she now helps firms connect strategy to action across marketing, business development, innovation and client experience. Known for connecting dots others miss, Katie brings a data-driven approach to helping firms turn ideas into measurable growth.
BONNIE BUOL RUSZCZYK
Bonnie Buol Ruszczyk (like rustic without the "t") is the founder of bbr companies llc, where she serves as an outsourced marketing strategist for accounting firms across the country. With more than 25 years of marketing experience, she helps firms clarify their positioning, strengthen client relationships, and grow with intention. She also leads the Accounting MOVE Project, the profession's annual research initiative focused on advancing and retaining women in accounting.
